SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated by the size of the package, and shipped via FedEx. We are based in Los Angeles and offer a pickup option for local orders. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Please allow between 7 - 10 business days for deliveries within the United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping through the website, however please email sales@fongminliao.com for any international shipping inquiries. Fong Min Liao is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared "Delivered" by the delivery service.
WHAT IS AN ORIGINAL WORK?
An original work is a one off piece hand-drawn or painted by Fong Min Liao. It is hand-signed by Fong and is entirely individual. Given the hand-done nature of original artworks nuances can be expected, this is what makes the artwork unique. If there is an original work that you love that is no longer available for sale, please email studio@fongminliao.com and we can discuss a potential commission for a new original work.
WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION?
A limited edition is a fixed number of identical prints. Fong Min Liao directly oversees production and sets the edition size. Unfortunately, when an edition is sold out, it is no longer available. A limited edition print has more value than an open edition or open run print because the availability and scarcity of each work is controlled.
WHAT IS A GICLEE PRINT?
A giclée print is made through a modern printmaking process in which individual prints are produced on a special large-format printer in extremely high resolution to give as close as possible a reproduction of the precise colours and strokes of the original work. The giclée process offers the highest-quality reproduction available. All of my giclée prints are gallery quality, printed on 300gsm Moab Entrada 100% cotton rag archival art paper in a matte natural finish. Acid and OBA free and printed with archival pigment inks. Each design is in a limited edition of 25 and are hand-signed and numbered.
COLOR REPRESENTATION
Although I endeavor to represent the truest colors of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colors may vary slightly.
PAYMENTS
All payments are taken in American Dollars ($USD).
RETURNS
Although generally Fong Min Liao does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, please do inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we can work to resolve your concerns. Refunds will only be applicable where Fong Min Liao is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Fong Min Liao.
PRIVACY/SECURITY
Paypal is the most secure way of shopping online. When you purchase using Paypal, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected. However, we do accept credit and debit card payment.
